Paint NET
The Paint.NET software created to run on computers having XP, Server 2003 or Vista operating systems. This software is another addition to the many photo editing programs there is on the market. What started out as a design project in Washington State University, became maintained and mentored by Microsoft for the intent of becoming a free substitute for the Microsoft Paint software.
In order for Paint.NET to run, the application should have a .NET Framework 2.
Any suggestions for this software are highly welcomed and would be provided source codes for its release under the MIT License.
